GROW A CULTURE OF INNOVATION WITHIN YOUR SCHOOL
As we build awareness that school systems are complex, human-centered environments that are actively designed, we continue to see the desire to equip school leaders with the tools that are more frequently leveraged by designers in the corporate and social sectors.
Learn how to leverage design thinking to create a culture of innovation in your school and equip yourself with the tools and mindsets needed to question the status quo, develop bold ideas, and inspire your faculty to take smart risks to create the best possible outcomes for students.
Whether you are a teacher creating curriculum and shifting the way teachers teach and students learn or you are a school or district leader seeking to use design to address challenges in your school or district, Innovation Projects are designed to support in-depth work with the design thinking process.
Participants will learn the methods and mindsets of the design process while working on real and meaningful work as a team.
Innovation Projects not only tackle a messy, human-centered challenge at your school, they also build creative capacity in your team by cultivating a sense of confidence in their creative abilities and a toolkit to support creative problem-solving.,
